Hard to believe I've not heard of Thrailkill before Iearning of this album. Well, now that I have, I couldn't be happier. This album stands out quite a bit as well -- very well balanced with melodic content and intensity, but also a kind of fragility. In other words, perfect, as far as yours truly is concerned!

Discovering this album has been one of the surprises of 2021, not least because I can't believe I hadn't found it before. It has echoes of some of the finest prog rock bands from the 1970s, with superb instrumentation and arrangements, and vocal harmonies that would be the envy of many a musician.
